My adventures have taken me all over the world and taught me a vast amount about how to overcome adversity, bounce back from failure and above all achieve success beyond my wildest dreams. As a leader I have conducted complex search and rescue missions in extreme conditions and under immense pressure and as a guide I have led people in some of the world’s most inhospitable environments supporting them to achieve their dreams.

Coaching is conducted on a 1 – 2 – 1 basis over a number of sessions which are normally 1 hour long. The initial meeting or Discovery call is to assess if the coach and coachee are a good match and if they will work well together.
Once the relationship is established a number of sessions will be agreed, this is normally a minimum of 4 sessions but can be much more depending on the size of the goal or scale of the change. Session take place as often as each week but can be spread out fortnightly or monthly if required.
