Just back in from a 5km jog, trying to keep working on my cardio fitness until my shoulder is sorted.  Physio tomorrow should hopefully get it back in action and then a week of rehab, then it will be time to get rowing.  With less than 4 weeks to my first sea trials I want to get some good rowing in so I don’t look to much like an amateur.

Also meeting with Tom in the University Arena in the morning to design my strength and conditioning programme, should be a good session as he comes highly recommended.  Then tomorrow evening I am meeting with Carmell Demello to work on core and fitness, she is an amazing trainer and works regularly with Munster rugby so it should be a valuable session as with most endurance sports “Core is king”.
